This patch was worn by members of the roller skating Figure 8 Dance Club of the Paramus Roller Skating Arena. Note that the figure eight was the pattern used in various dance maneuvers by the members who competed against other clubs belonging to the ARSA, the abbreviation for the American Roller Skating Association.
