This Model 3-s 16mm movie camera was manufactured by the Cincinnati Clock and Instrument Company. Sixteen millimeter film was eventually replaced by eight millimeter film. Prior to battery operated cameras, the camera has a large “key” to wind the spring that moved the film past the lens when the button on front lower right was pressed. It also has a switch to enable slow motion, normal and fast speed.
